Since 2007 Aleksa represents and consults domestic and international clients on all issues related to corporate law, commercial law, data protection and privacy regulations, protection of competition. Aleksa advises clients in highly regulated areas of business activities included pharma, clinical trials of medicine and medical devices, import and wholesale of tobacco products, import and wholesale of food products.
Aleksa has specialized EU and competition protection regulation at European University Institute in Florence, Italy, specialized EU and WTO regulations and finished at Central European University in Budapest, Hungary and finished his graduated studies at Faculty of Law of the University of Niš, Serbia.
Aleksa is the member of the Presidency of the Association of Medical Law of Serbia and the member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals – IAPP.
Aleksa is a long-term contributor of the referent magazine from Germany on data protection PinG for the area of Western Balkans. Aleksa is a lecturer of the Association for Medical Law of Serbia for topics related to regulation of sensitive health data.
Aleksa is the member of the Bar Association in Belgrade from 2010.
He speaks English and French fluently and learns Italian.
